Conceived by visionaries Giulio Cappellini, Roberto Cuneo and Luca Fois, NEXT PLACE HOTEL is a distinctive project that transforms the iconic space at Via Savona 35, in the heart of the Tortona Design District, into a vibrant and immersive showcase — redefining the boundaries of architecture, interior design, wellness, and technology.

Here, the traditional hotel concept is dismantled and reimagined as a dynamic, hybrid environment — fluid spaces designed for interaction, reflection, and sensory discovery. From private moments of calm to lively social hubs, every corner responds to the evolving needs of contemporary living and global travel.
